ENGINEERED WITHOUT COMPROMISE

We've spent years as the exclusive North American supplier of Surface Transforms, widely regarded as the top carbon ceramic brake discs on the market.

But when OEM commitments left Surface Transforms in short supply, the inquiries didn't stop. So we went looking...

...And quickly realized that most alternatives on the market cut corners we simply weren't willing to cut.

So instead of sourcing sub-par discs, we found a manufacturer with a decades-long pedigree in aerospace and defense, and worked with them to produce carbon ceramics with a 14-week production process that exceeded the standard we built our reputation on.

We didn't launch Hinz Carbon to fill a gap in the market. We launched Hinz Carbon because they're brakes worth putting our name on.

MATERIALS MATTER

Most budget carbon ceramics are rushed through production to keep costs down. The tradeoff? Impurities and uneven silicon infiltration, which leads to hotter disc temperatures, making them more susceptible to delamination.

Our discs take 14 weeks to manufacture because that's what it takes to do it right.

A slower, controlled process lets the silicon fully melt and infuse into the carbon fibers, creating a denser, more thermally stable structure with fewer weak points.

We use top-grade carbon fiber and silicon, and our integrated friction layer means you can run more aggressive pad compounds without compromising disc integrity or longevity.
