Engineered in partnership with an aerospace and defense manufacturer, Hinz Carbon discs are built for drivers who push limits: relentless heat resistance, less fade, and endless bite, lap after lap.

Integrated friction layer. Unlike factory PCCBs, the friction layer is built into the disc and cannot delaminate. You can run more aggressive pad compounds without compromising disc integrity or longevity, and the disc is only replaced once the friction layer wears, which takes far longer than a factory disc.

14-week production process. A slow, controlled build lets the silicon fully infiltrate the carbon fiber, creating a denser, more thermally stable structure with fewer weak points. Top grade carbon fiber and silicon throughout.

Independently tested. Higher friction coefficient as temperatures climb, thermal performance in line with or above the leading carbon ceramics, and an easier bed in process.
